Liposuction - Inner and/or Outer Thighs.This patient came in because she had been concerned with a few deep dimples on her legs, as well as her tendency to gain weight in her thighs. She decided to do Smart Lipo on her inner and outer thighs, and in combination get the Profound treatment on the front of her thighs. The doctoralso did some extra work to release the fibers on the sides of her legs to create a much smoother appearance.

This 49 year old woman was bothered by her large breasts. Dr. Pautler performed a Brazilian breast lift with Galaflex reinforcement and suction assisted liposuction of her axillary area. Amazing how great she looks! Even her posture has changed!

Tummy Tuck/abdominoplasty revision. This patient had a tummy tuck by another surgeon and was unhappy with her result. I did a Tummy Tuck Revision. I removed and lowered her previous tummy tuck incision to make it lower and covered with a bikini (bikini incision). I did aggressive VASER ultrasound liposuction of her abdomen and waist (Lipo 360) to give her a flatter abdomen and more hourglass shape. I retightened her abdominal muscles using a 3 vector corset plication technique which flattens the abdomen and gives a more hourglass shape. I then removed all excess lower abdominal skin.
