This 43 year old disliked the way her breasts looked after breast feeding her two children. She wanted a definite and long lasting outcome. Instead of just removing skin and stitching that together, she opted for reshaping. This procedure targets the lax glandular tissue and consists of tacking the entire gland upwards to the pectoral fascia, and reshaping and stitching the lower glandular tissue into a shape resembling a breast implant. The results with this approach are far better than procedures that just address the skin.
