Age: 45. This woman came to my practice because she had multiple concerns. Her large breasts were causing back and shoulder pain. She wanted to improve the appearance of her abdominal area including the large abdominal scar from a non-elective surgery performed by another surgeon. She also wanted to reshape her flanks and thighs. I performed a Mommy Makeover that included breast reduction with a vertical incision; a complete tummy tuck to tighten her abdominal muscles, remove the old surgical scar, and reshape her belly button; and liposuction of the bra fat, flanks, and both the inner and outer thighs.

Patient is a 38-year-old, mother of 2. She is 52 and weighs 139 lbs. Pre-operative bra size was a 36 B. Procedures included a full abdominoplasty, breast augmentation (345 cc smooth round silicone implants), and a circumareolar mastopexy. Post operative bra size a 36 C and post-operative weight is 135 lbs.

This patient underwent a Tummy Tuck with Muscle Tightening, Lipo to the Upper Abdomen, Hips/Flanks and Breast Aug with 350cc Silicone Implants and 150gram reduction from each breast

This 48 year old woman is 5'2 tall and weighs 110 pounds. She has gotten back into great shape after her two children, however, she bothered by the loose skin and separated muscles of her abdomen which will not improve with further workouts. She also wanted to increase the fullness of her breasts. She had a mommy makeover consisting of an abdominoplasty and breast augmentation. She chose 250cc saline implants placed under the muscle. Her results are shown two years after surgery.

This woman in her mid-thirties met with Dr. Howell to discuss her interest in body contouring and breast enhancement.  She chose to proceed with submuscular silicone implants, a breast lift, and an abdominoplasty with liposuction of the flanks. Her results look great with nice shape and symmetry of the breasts, and she is extremely happy with her results.  She is featured before and three months afterwards.
