26 year old woman treated with Body Lift

This young woman lost over 135 lbs. leaving her with sagging deflated breasts and excess skin circumferentially around the trunk. She wanted larger breasts and also needed a breast lift.
Results are shown 1 year after mastopexy with subpectoral augmentation using moderate profile 400 cc smooth round silicone implants. At the same surgery, she had a circumferential mid-body lift to remove the excess skin on her abdomen, hips and buttocks. Notice how the sagging tissue in the lower abdomen and mons is also lifted with the procedure giving the entire trunk a more youthful appearance.
Along with the mid-body lift, she had liposuction of the hips and lower back.
