Examination revealed significant laxity of her jawline and neck tissue, along with a moderately undersized chin.We decided together to perform a lower facelift and neckift, along with adding a silicone chin implant to increase her profile definition.The entire procedure was performed under local anesthesia (no IV or general anesthesia) with oral sedation with xanax.
