This 48 year old woman is 5'2 tall and weighs 110 pounds. She has gotten back into great shape after her two children, however, she bothered by the loose skin and separated muscles of her abdomen which will not improve with further workouts. She also wanted to increase the fullness of her breasts. She had a mommy makeover consisting of an abdominoplasty and breast augmentation. She chose 250cc saline implants placed under the muscle. Her results are shown two years after surgery.

One of the components of this 49-year-old woman's Mommy Makeover was a tummy tuck at our Sacramento practice. Dr. Yamahata removed excess skin and fat for a beautiful new abdomen that blends well with her enhanced breasts.

Age: 45. This woman came to my practice because she had multiple concerns. Her large breasts were causing back and shoulder pain. She wanted to improve the appearance of her abdominal area including the large abdominal scar from a non-elective surgery performed by another surgeon. She also wanted to reshape her flanks and thighs. I performed a Mommy Makeover that included breast reduction with a vertical incision; a complete tummy tuck to tighten her abdominal muscles, remove the old surgical scar, and reshape her belly button; and liposuction of the bra fat, flanks, and both the inner and outer thighs.

This patient is a young mother of 2. She had a breast augmentation and lift as well as a full abdominoplasty. Dr. Polo used 500cc silicone implants and did his Drainless Painless Tummy Tuck.

33 year old female who had a mommy makeover in two steps. She is five feet 1 inches tall. She had a tummy tuck in 2014 and she weighed 153 lbs. In 2017, she had a breast augmentation with Allergan Smooth Round Gel Inspira SRX implants R=445cc and L=400cc. She weighed 137 lbs at that time and was a 34B cup. She has two children.

This is a mommy makeover done the right way. The patient came in to see several months in advance. She had had three children. When I saw her (we have pictures linked from mommy makeover section), she wasn't obese, but definately overweight. she decided it was time to regain her body. She booked surgery and followed by advice to diet and excerise for three months. When these pictures were taken, she had lost about 20lbs and firmed up her muscles. I was then able to do one session of back lipoconturing via awake smartlipo, followed at another day by a tummy tuck and augmentation mastopexy.&nbsp;

This 32 year old mother of 1 had a sub-muscular breast augmentation using Allergan Inspira SSF 370gm implants and an abdominoplasty.

The patient is a 53 year old female two months after a tummy tuck as part of her mommy makeover. She was 5 feet 3 inches and weighed 165 lbs. before surgery. She has 3 children. Her weight after surgery is 149 lbs and she went from a size 16 to a size 10. No liposuction was done.
