Our patient visited from Hawaii and underwent a reverse mommy makeover. The reverse portion is the removal of the breast implants (explant) with a total capsule removal. Meet a 39-year-old woman, 5'5 and weighing 220 lbs, who embarked on a transformative journey. After experiencing some promising results from a recent prescription of Ozempic, she decided to take a step further. Not entirely satisfied with the look of her neck and desiring a slimmer face, she opted for a remarkable solution. Through the innovative procedure of VASER Hi-Def liposuction targeted at her neck, we extracted 250 cc of excess fat, unveiling a refreshed and rejuvenated appearance.

This patient came to me concerned that she was too small for a BBL. Shes a petite professional Asian woman but she wanted a little more contour while still looking natural.
