This patient is shown 3 days post-op after undergoing reduction mammaplasty. She initially requested implants as well, however, due to her degree of droopiness, we recommended a two-stage procedure to minimize the risk of nipple-areola necrosis. 321 grams were removed from her right breast. 329 grams were removed from her left breast.

At the time of surgery she weighed 194 pounds and was 5'4 tall. Her results are shown 10 months later.
