55-64 year old woman treated with Fat Transfer & Eyelid Lift

This patient is a very complex patient. On exam, it is clear that she needs surgical intervention as well as volume replacement for the best result. She needed attention to her Face and Neck as well as her Brows and Eyes.  She is 56 years old and mainly needed VOLUME added to her face.  Fat transfer is an excellent procedure to achieve and restore Youthful Volume to the Face.  As you can see from the Post Op Photo, she has a youthful nature to her face which was needed.  Her Cheeks as well as her Lips were enhanced and look Natural.  This is a Permanent Long Tem result.  In addition to this, she needed an Eyelid Lift for her Heavy Lids.  This softened he face tremendously.
