He did not want to undergo general anesthesia. After spending time to understand his goals, his story, and his aging pattern, I created a treatment plan which centered around a facelift and neck lift (platysmaplasty) to help restore a smoother, contoured jawline and neckline. The procedures were performed under local anesthesia with light oral sedation. His postop photo is 1 year after his surgery.

After listening to her concerns and taking time to understand the components of her aging process, I developed a treatment plan for her that included a facelift, neck lift, and fractional CO2 laser skin resurfacing.
