25-34 year old woman treated with medial pedicle Breast Reduction

This is a 33 year old female who desired a breast reduction. She was unhappy with her large size as well as the significant breast asymmetry. She had been wearing a G cup size bra and wanted to be in a C cup range. She had difficult exercising and back discomfort as well as deep bra strap grooving. Her one year after photos are shown with good shape to the breast mound and good elevation of the nipple areolar complex (this is the “breast lift” component of the procedure shown best on the side views). The after results also show a good correction of the breast asymmetry as well. Finally, it is worth noting that the characteristic “reddish” appearance of all incision lines at one year is almost completely faded at this time point.
