45 year-old with distant history of previous rhinoplasty with “short nose” deformity, overly rotated nose, with boxy tip appearance. Six month follow up photos demonstrate significant improvement to foreshortened appearance with counter-rotation of the nasal tip and refinement of boxy tip appearance. She also complained of gradual drooping of her brow and underwent browlift via a pretrichial (hairline) approach with marked improvement of elevation and arching of the brow with overall effect of “opening” the eye.
