This 37 year old woman is 5'3 tall and weighs 150 pounds. Breast implants using saline filled implants (filled to 435 cc). These are style 68MP (moderate profile) natrelle implants in patient 5'7 and 110 lbs. The restoration of volume after breast feeding is one of the main reason women get breast implants after they are done having children.

Brest Augmentation 

This patient is a 34-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of having smaller breasts than desired. I felt that a bilateral breast augmentation with silicone implants would give the patient the best overall results. During surgery, I placed Sientra 355cc smooth round moderate-plus profil cohesive silicone gel implants under the chest muscles (dual plane) via under the breast crease incisions. She recovered well and was very happy with her fuller breasts.
