Laser Resurfacing (ablative CO2/Erbium:YAG) and permanent lip enlargement

    This 48 year-old woman saw Dr. Tholen for facial lines and wrinkles, as well as thin lips, hoping that lip enlargement would eliminate her lip lines. (Unfortunately, this was not true. Fortunately, Dr. Tholen had the appropriate recommendation for both concerns.) He performed 3rd generation full-face Erbium:YAG/CO2 ablative (not fractional) laser resurfacing and permanent (dermal-fat graft) upper and lower lip enlargement. 4 week post-op photo.
