Silicone Breast Implants

This patient was unhappy with the size of her breasts. She is 5'5 and 120 pounds. Breast augmentation was performed using 450 cc moderate plus silicone implants in the submuscular position.

This wonderful patient of ours desired more fullness in her breasts with the goal of fitting better into clothes. She displayed some mild asymmetry in terms of volume with the left breast being slightly larger (very common). She underwent an endoscopic trans-axillary breast augmentation with smooth silicone moderate plus profile implants (275cc on right, 255 cc on left). This approach (trans-axillary) was performed to avoid any scars on the breast, and is the preferred method of breast augmentation.
