This 37 year old mother of three desired to have her saline implants exchanged for smaller silicone gel implants. During surgery, I removed her intact 400 cc saline implants and replaced them with Sientra high-profile 350cc round textured implants. To achieve the youthful breast position seen here in this patient’s photos, I performed a breast lift. The amount of breast tissue excised from the right was 50 grams and 62gs were removed from her left breast.
