This 23 year old mother has been considering the breast augmentation and breast lift for several years. She was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts after having nursed her child and was ready for a "perkier" and "fuller" look. She had lost the fullness in her breasts and they seemed "droopy" to her. After in person examination, mastopexy surgery was discussed to "lift" the breasts to a more pleasing position as well as breast implants to achieve the "upper fullness" the patient was wanting. This combination procedure was discussed in detail with the patient as well as the potential risks and complications associated with having the 2 procedures performed at the same time. She scheduled surgery soon thereafter. She is currently 2 weeks post breast augmentation/ breast lift.
