Hey y’all. I finally booked my surgery for September. Im so excited to be finally doing this. I’ve been wanting boobs since I was like 13. Did my first consult today and ps recommended 450cc mentor silicone under the muscle or I could also do the new mentor Xtra line. There’s not many pictures with the Xtras online so I’m having a hard time researching them. If you have gotten them let me know!

That’s the size I got, and I love it! (450 high profile) They aren’t too big. I can conceal them in clothes. But they aren’t too small either. I was suprised that I actually love the size projection and that it isn’t too much. I think if you want a more natural look and less cleavage do a smaller profile (if your breasts are wide enough... if not you might have to go down a size)

I have naturell’s like of the extra high profile and I have 525/580 CCs. I’m 5’1” 120lbs and I was a 34A before my BA and I’m now a 34DDD. They look natural. My plastic surgeon was amazing!!! I went a little bigger because I didn’t want that regret most have after of wishing they should have went bigger. I can still conceal them if I want to. Best decision ever.

I agree it’s the best decision! I’m measuring at approximately a 30G or 32DDD which is what I wanted. And the projection is not as much as I thought it would be!

I’m a DDD and it’s amazing how natural they look! I think they actually look better than high profiles because they keep you from having side boob!

Here’s some before pictures. Currently an A cup. I have had 2 kids and breastfed my last one for 25 months. Started as a AA cup & my Boobs grew to a full C cup while nursing and then they shrank back when I stopped. Luckily i got no sagging with the big size change. Now I’m hoping to be a big DD. Still can’t decide on sizes. But I’m going to talk to my ps about maybe putting in 500cc hp if it fits. The hp xtra implants scare me cause of the projection. I’m going back for my pre-op in a few weeks to fully talk it through with my ps.

The project of ultra highs are actually amazing. No side boob and they still look natural. Bigger boobs are heavy, I’m happy I went with the ultra highs, they sit nice!

So my ps didn’t require medical clearance prior to surgery but i decided to go get an annual checkup on my own anyways to give me peace of mind. I got my blood tests results back today and everything was normal. So excited. 30 more days????????
