Subtle transformations for a refined, natural look! This patient desired a subtle change and came in with specific goals: to reduce the fullness in his cheeks, enhance definition in the cheek areas, bring symmetry, and reduce the bulbosity of his nose without losing his masculine appearance. Through cosmetic rhinoplasty, I narrowed and carefully reshaped the nasal tip for enhanced symmetry, performed a septoplasty for improved function, and added cartilage grafts to strengthen airflow. Right and left buccal fat reduction added just the right amount of contour to his cheeks, bringing balance and definition to his entire face. He is shown two years post-op and still enjoying his results.
