Rhinoplasty

Closed rhinoplasty with rasp and osteotomies to remove bony hump and improve dorsal profile. Nasal tip was refined by cartilage trim and suturing techniques. Depressor septi muscle was released to reduce nasal tip drooping upon smiling. The patient also had a history of nasal obstruction and inability to breathe through her nose and under went septoplasty to correct her deviated septum and turbinectomy to better breathe.
