    This patient was concerned with sagging in neck and jowls, deepening of nasolabial folds and marinette lines, and facial wrinkles. She was treated with a facelift, including face/neck liposcuplting and platysmaplasty, in addition to fat transfer to augment the midface, and CO2 laser skin resurfacing to address facial wrinkles and sun damage.
