60 year old female presented with intraductal carcinoma of one breast with questionable calcifications of the contralateral breast following MRI evaluation. She decided on bilateral mastectomies with immediate reconstruction (with tissue expanders). Results are 6 months following saline breast implant placement and after nipple/areola reconstruction and tattooing.
