18-24 year old woman treated with Breast Implants

22 year oldfemale patient admitted to our hospital with the complaint of breast asymmetry. Physical exam revealed left breast hypoplasia with smaller nipple areola complex and nearly total lower pole maldevelopment. The patient was also seeking breast enlargement. Preoperative exam showed slightly higher position of the left areola with smaller dimensions. Also inframammary fold was absent at the left side. Markings were made preoperatively. She was treated with implants only placed at subpectoral plane. 240cc Moderate hight, round, textured implant used for the right side while 345cc extra full hight, anatomical, textured implant (Natrelle, Allergan TM) was used for the left side. Postoperative pictures were taken at 6th month postop. Acceptable symmetry was achieved with correctly placed submammary incisions
