I had my surgery 6 days ago and couldn't be more pleased. I started from about a 32a/aa, not really sure as I could never find a bra that fits. I have three children and nursed all three so I was practically left with nothing. I always knew I wanted to get my breasts done one day, and it finally felt like the right time post kids. I really wanted a natural look and if anything was scared of going too big. I originally planned on going with 275cc, but then was encouraged to go with 295cc since I would lose some volume going under the muscle. I scheduled the surgery in July for November 5th so I had a lot of time to think about it. At my pre-op I tried on sizers again so I could be absolutely sure what size I wanted. Ultimately, I decided to go with 310cc SRM implants. I was feeling hesitation that it was going to be too big, but Dr.Wolfe assured me I would have a beautiful result and boy was he right! I am absolutely in love with my new girls and I think they are absolutely perfect! I just hope they don't get any smaller because they fit my body so well. The recovery has been a breeze and I love the shape already. I have minimal bruising and didn't lose any nipple sensation. My doctor is brilliant and I couldn't be happier!

Today is the 3 week mark. Things are looking pretty good, but excited for more dropping and fluffing. I'm a perfectionist so seeing asymmetries is difficult for me. Trying not to look at them too much or it will drive me nuts. I can feel some rippling on my right side but I don't think it's noticeable and my cleavage goes in on one side more than the the other at the moment. I know things will change a lot so I'm sure it will all even out eventually. Loving the size. I'm still wearing size small bralettes but it is so nice to fill them out!

You look great, so happy to hear that you’re enjoying your results. Are they anatomical shape ?
I’ve booked my surgery for 18th Jan, I’m going with the 320cc that the surgeon has recommended but having a further chat with him next week as still terrified of them being too big !! As I said before they were HUGE each time I breastfed, going up to ff cup when I had my 4th and I actually hated them that size...ha ha!
I’m a perfectionist too and very impatient so recovery and healing will probably be a nightmare.
Congratulations and enjoy, very beautiful results.

Do you have a before picture? I’m getting my surgery Jan 5th and can’t decide between high profile and moderate profile. I’m 5’4’’ 120, breast fed 4 babies so I’m stretched out and have thin skin up top. I’m curious what your stats are and if you would share a before picture it might help me in my decision.
