    52 year old women who previously underwent a lower lid blepharoplasty and face lift. She had a persistent prominent fat pad in her right lower eyelid and wished to have a revision face lift. We added fat to her deflated lower eyelid and midface rather than removing any additional fat. Revision face lift was performed along with facial fat grafting to her lid-cheek junction, upper later cheek, tear trough, nasolabial crease and pre jowel hollow. Additionally the obicularis oculi muscle was tightened and a small amount of skin was removed with a lower eyelid "pinch blepharoplasty". This allowed a natural blending of her lid-cheek junction and re-inflation of her deflated mid face restoring a more natural rested and youthful appearance
