36 year old female, 5'6" and 165 lbs. Patient lost 135 lbs after lap band gastric surgery. Her weight was stable and no further weight loss was expected. We performed a beltlift (body lift) and one week later performed a medial thigh lift. Both of these procedures were performed on an outpatient basis and allowed for the patient to have one recovery period of 3 weeks. We removed 10.88 lbs from the beltlift and 0.6 lbs from her inner thighs. The post op photos were taken at 4 1/2 months after her surgery.
