This is a case of a 37-year-old woman concerned about excess fat in her abdomen and thigh areas. She was not a suitable candidate for a tummy tuck or thigh lift because she did not have excess loose skin. However, her skin elasticity was adequate for liposuction. Another early post operative, preview, picture of a fantastic mid40 year old woman who after having kids was ready to turn the clock back and look like her younger self. I did an aggressive tummy tuck and liposuction of her abdomen and flanks to achieve a great contour. Note how low her incision is; when it will heals fully it will be a thin white line due to 100s of dissolvable sutures below the skin to minimize any tension and scarring.
