This patient battled weight for much of her adult life, but at 38, found new motivation to lead a healthier lifestyle. She dropped about 60 lbs. with a change in diet and a dedication to working out. Her two breasts had always been different sizes. She wanted to have breasts that were the same size and slightly bigger breasts. She did not like the idea of an implant for herself. Liposuction with fat transfer to the breast was a better choice for her. More fat was added to the right breast (720cc) than to the left (390cc). Her photo was taken at three months after surgery.
