Patient under a face and neck lift. Her main concern was loss of definition of her jaw line and the excess skin/fat overhanging from her neck. Note incisions are imperceptible 6 weeks after surgery. She has a nice soft redefined jaw line and smooth neck contour.

The combination of all these techniques give her a dramatic difference in her neck while still maintaining a natural appearance to the face overall.  The fat grafting restores the volume that patients lose over time as they age. The combination of the fat transfer and facelift give patients a more natural and youthful appearance.

This patient suffered traumatic facial nerve injury 6 months before the first photo. I took him to the OR for a brow lift, eyelid weight, lower eyelid tightening, left sided nerve to massester transfer and left side face and neck lift. He was able to achieve this smile just 4 months after our operation.
