She underwent a silicone breast augmentation with a concentric mastopexy, which involves a scar only around the areola, combined with an abdominoplasty, or tummy tuck. 400 cc silicone implants were used, and she did not want her breasts to be any larger than that. The postoperative photos were taken about nine weeks after surgery.
