Revisionary Breast Surgery (Saline to Silicone-Gel)

This 34-year old patient from Portland, Oregon was interested in revisionary breast surgery. The patient is status post breast augmentation performed in 2007 with another doctor. Due to bottoming out and muscle distortion, the patient was unhappy with the results of her previous surgery. The patient expressed that she wanted to remove her current saline implants and replace them with silicone-gel breast implants to improve rippling and also she wanted less projection and to increase her cleavage area.  The patient is now 1-month post-op capsulectomy (releasing muscle distortion) and breast re-augmentation with 500cc silicone-gel, moderated profile breast implants, made by Mentor Corporation.
