This patient presents with concerns of sagging neck skin and jowls. Good skin quality full cheeks make her an excellent candidate for facial rejuvenation. Face and neck lift was performed to restore the contour of the neck and jawline resulting in a significantly rejuvenated appearance.

This young woman presented to our Center with the complaint of excessive neck skin and loss of profile. She had weight loss surgery in the past with a loss of over 150 pounds. This deflation resulted in her having excessive sagging of the neck and lower face. Under local anesthesia and oral sedation with valium (no IVs used), we performed a necklift and lower facelift. The procedure time was under two hours. Her result demonstrates a much improved natural profile with a sharpened jawline.
