Our patient visited from Hawaii and underwent a reverse mommy makeover. The reverse portion is the removal of the breast implants (explant) with a total capsule removal. She had a tummy tuck with muscle repair and liposuction of her flanks and upper back. I removed her 375cc smooth silicone implants that were placed underneath the muscle. She feels amazing 1 year after surgery- she has even gotten a few new tattoos! She did need a vertical incision. All her incisions are continuing to fade over time.

This is a case of a 37-year-old woman concerned about excess fat in her abdomen and thigh areas. She was not a suitable candidate for a tummy tuck or thigh lift because she did not have excess loose skin. However, her skin elasticity was adequate for liposuction. Post-procedure, she is pleased with her new body shape.

This patient came to me concerned that she was too small for a BBL. Shes a petite professional Asian woman but she wanted a little more contour while still looking natural. I liposuctioned her abdomen, flanks, and back to carve out an amazing figure and then carefully put some fat back in a couple of areas to make her figure really pop. The procedure took 2 hours and she was awake, joking and texting the entire time.
