This male patient had replacement of all his teeth with full denture in the top jaw and implant bridge in the bottom jaw.

This patient presented with severe form of gum disease around his teeth. After discussing different treatment options patient decided to have a full denture in the top jaw and implant supported bridge in the bottom jaw. In the intial stage of treatment records were collected and immediate dentures were fabricated. On the surgery day all teeth were removed, implants were placed in the lower jaw and new teeth were delivered to the patient. After appropriate healing time a permanent bridge was fabricated for the lower jaw. Patient requested to have a distema between his top front teeth.
