My left nostril is okay, but my right one is particularly wide and long. How could I potentially alter my right nostril to appear more like my left? I understand that alar rim grafts may be the best option, but I don't think paying 5 figures for such a subtle change would make a lot of sense. So I'd love to know if there are any other options available to explore. Could it be possible to re-create this result with filler, or will necrosis always be a considerable risk factor?
I have wide nostrils that look extra big when I smile—I realize I also have thickness on the bottom part of my nose too but my nostrils bother me the most. I watched on YouTube nonsurgical methods of ale reduction involving pdo threads and Botox. Have any of you had experience with this procedure? What were the results like?
