Khloé Kardashian’s Plastic Surgery Regret Is Extremely Common

The Kardashians are no strangers to plastic surgery rumors—and admissions. And while Kim’s derriere and Kylie’s lips have long been topics of conversation, it’s arguably Khloé’s ever-changing appearance that’s the most talked about. She finally addressed the speculation head-on during the taping of the Keeping Up with the Kardashians reunion special last year, when she told host Andy Cohen that she’s only had one nose job. “For me, everyone says, ‘Oh my gosh, she’s had her third face transplant.’ But I’ve had one nose job, and everyone gets so upset, like, Why don’t I talk about it? No one’s ever asked me. You’re the first person in an interview that’s ever asked me about my nose,” she said.

But Khloé recently revealed that she does have one regret about her rhinoplasty—not doing it sooner. “I’ve always wanted my nose done, forever,” she told Good Morning America co-anchor Robin Roberts during an ABC News special about Hulu’s new show The Kardashians. “But it’s in the middle of your face, and it’s scary to think about. But I finally got the courage and I did it and I love it.” She later called her recovery “a breeze” and said that “my only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner” in tweets to her fans.

Beverly Hills-based plastic surgeon to the stars, Dr. Raj Kanodia, took credit for Khloé’s nose on Instagram, writing, “I am delighted that I was able to satisfy her desire.” (In a later Instagram Story, the reality star thanked him for her “perfect” nose.)

Turns out that the reality star isn’t the only one who wishes she got her nose job sooner; many RealSelf members share the same rhinoplasty regret. Here’s what six of them had to say in their reviews of the procedure.

“I had planned for this day in my head since my teens, as I absolutely hated the shape of my nose and was really conscious of it […] My [post-op] year is almost up, and I am extremely happy with the result. I feel like I’ve always had this shape nose. My only complaint is that I wish I had done it years ago!”

“He re-created the nose I had when I was a little girl […] I am just enjoying my new look […] My only regret is that I didn’t have it done earlier.”

“I’ve wanted this surgery for 20 years and could not be happier with my choice of doctor. Even though I’m only 5 days post-op, I am already *in love* with my new and improved nose. I am honestly amazed by how good it looks this early on, despite the expected swelling and bruising. I would recommend Dr. Reish and his team a thousand times over and only wish I’d done this sooner!”

“I look significantly better and [the rhinoplasty] has added symmetry and harmony to my face […] Everywhere, people I know say I look markedly more handsome but cannot tell I even had surgery […] I highly recommend Dr. Dinc and am elated with my experience. My only regret is that I did not see him before!”

“Since the age of 14, I was so insecure about my nose. It had a noticeable bump and looked quite large from my ¾ side profile. Even though friends and family would always tell me otherwise, I could never grow to like it.

“Over the past 20 years, I have tried to psychologize myself to learn to ‘accept my flaws’ and embrace my nose as it is. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t. The thought of living the rest of my life feeling this way about it really played a massive part in my decision. I finally realized that I no longer cared what other people thought—I had to do this for ME.

“Now, not only does my nose look so refined and natural, but I can finally breathe properly too! If you are considering booking an appointment, do not hesitate! I look at my nose now and I wish I’d done it sooner.”

“I had wanted rhinoplasty from as far back as I could remember because I was so uncomfortable with my profile and the slight hump it had. I spent years thinking, ‘One day, I’ll do this,’ and at 37, I finally did… All I can say is I wish I did it earlier, because it’s worth everything!!!”
