So natural. The swelling, bruising was more mild than I anticipated

Finding Dr. Reish was a dream!!! I had wanted rhinoplasty from as far back as I could remember because I was so uncomfortable with my profile and slight hump it had. I spent years thinking one day I’ll do this and at 37 I finally did… all I can say is I wish I did it earlier because it’s worth everything!!! I’m currently 2 weeks post op and people don’t have any idea I had it done. Dr. Reish made it so beautifully natural and the swelling, bruising was more mild than I anticipated. I know it’s from his surgical techniques and skills. Surgery is scary, and changing the focus of your face is a big deal but when I found Dr. Reish I didn’t have an once of nervousness. I knew that with his educational background, awards and honors he has won that he could handle anything and was the only person with the full package as a surgeon in my opinion. It shows his dedication to medicine, level of mastery, brilliancy for aesthetics and genuine passion for what he does. I researched for years and the only actual consult I had was with Dr. Reish, I knew right away. He has a compassion for his patients and truly can’t wait to do this for them because he knows that he will be able to give the results you want. His calmness and confidence trickles down so the worry isn’t felt by the patient. He listens and has a plan, he has done thousands and thousands of rhinoplasties and is at the top in his field. With half of his practice being revisions— to me that meant he has seen all the mistakes others made and has learned what not do and most importantly will ensure yours is done right the first time. He also has a team that has been with him for years and together that I feel is very important. They all together make the process as easy and yet honest, no detail is overlooked. The other amazing ability you have is texting with your surgeon! He is busy but still finds a moment to answer your questions and checks in on you every step of the way! I loved that I could even text photos and no question was too trivial. This was something I did for myself and I hope this can help others decide with confidence and excitement because if you go with Dr. Reish you are getting a nose from one of the best rhinoplasty surgeons in the world. He is called the nose god for a reason!!! Also- I hope that people don’t shy away from open rhinoplasty. The incision was healed within 1-2 weeks and I was glad that it gave the surgeon the ability to see things and work with anything that comes up without limitations. I felt great during my first post op week while my cast was on and then was able to get back to things afterwards. I even had an event I had to go to at day 12 and I was able to go! I am so grateful for this experience and confidence, it’s something everyone should have in life. Trust Dr. Reish to make your nose perfectly beautiful for your face and spend the money, it’s worth it!!!
