I have 3 moles that I am considering having removed. I have had many moles removed before. Many of them have scarred, returned or the pigment has returned. I would like to avoid any of these from happening on my face and is the reason I want to see a plastic surgeon. The other moles I had previously removed were removed using the punch method and razorblade. The moles I dislike the most are the one on my lip, the one under my left eye and the one on the left side near my temple.
I have to have a mole removed that is about 3/4 of an inch to the right of the corner of my eye towards my temple. I am worried that my eyes will look different from the skin being removed from one side. Would getting it to be done to both sides of my face in the same spot be a possibility? Or is it out of the question? It will just not be a symmetrical look no matter what the surgeon does Bc of how close to my eye it is.
I have a mole near my temple that's been there for a long time. over 10 years at least but probably longer. I am 31 years old. In the last few days I've noticed it's more raised and it's somewhat tender if I press on it. I had been rubbing/squeezing it subconsciously before that (I think, but I may be remembering wrong - I wasn't paying attention) thinking it was a pimple. It hasn't changed colour and it's still symmetrical and the borders are normal. Should I be concerned? Thanks!
30 yr old male, hispanic, darker skin complexion. Healthy otherwise. No history of skin cancer in family. Although history of other cancers. The mole in the Temple i have had for many years. Just lately after haircuts i have noticed it darker and more prominent. There is no suppuration or anything. The one in my scalp is more recent. I thought it was a pimple and have messed with it. I have scratched it , tried to squeeze it and scrape it off. Such efforts have lead to bleeding sometimes.
