I have to have a mole removed that is about 3/4 of an inch to the right of the corner of my eye towards my temple. I am worried that my eyes will look different from the skin being removed from one side. Would getting it to be done to both sides of my face in the same spot be a possibility? Or is it out of the question? It will just not be a symmetrical look no matter what the surgeon does Bc of how close to my eye it is.

Nevi on the lip heal with minimal scar formation, usually. I would seek out a board certified dermatologist who can shave this for you. I don't see the nevus from your photo, so the final answer will come from the doctor you visit.
It sounds like you have a seborrheic keratosis. It's hard to rip an actual mole. As to the question you asked, what to do, that is simple. See a doctor.
I recommend following up with your cosmetic dermatologist. If necessary, this can be removed again with laser, radiowave or shave. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
