Basal cell carcinoma removal: I am worried that my eyes will look different from the skin being removed. (Photo)

I have to have a mole removed that is about 3/4 of an inch to the right of the corner of my eye towards my temple. I am worried that my eyes will look different from the skin being removed from one side. Would getting it to be done to both sides of my face in the same spot be a possibility? Or is it out of the question? It will just not be a symmetrical look no matter what the surgeon does Bc of how close to my eye it is.
