I'm older (56) and my philtrum length makes me feel less feminine (19mm - base of the nasal column to the top of lip). I'm wondering about the lip lift and whether or not muscles are lifted. If I get a lip lift and only skin is being re-positioned, won't the lengthening philtrum return? Won't the underlying muscles eventually pull my lip and philtrum down again? Muscles are pulled up in a facelift, but what about a lip lift? Thank you for your expertise!
I had a rhynoplasty 3 moths ago so I am hoping my nose will look a lot better soon. Should I do a lip lift on one side? fat grafting so my cheeks will look more symmetrical when I smile? Please help! I am also considering a mini facelift. Is there some way for my surgeon to use the mini face lift to help me achieve a more symmetrical smile?
I am 59 and am considering a lip lift. My nose to upper lip is about 2.1mm, and my lower lip to the chin is about 3.1mm. Am I a good candidate for a lip lift? How many mm should I have it removed? While doing the LL, can I also change the cupid's bow shape? Attached 1) one with smile but keep lip closed, 2) the other one smile but have lips open, 3) no smile Thanks!
I am 60. Had face lift, blepharoplasty years ago & some lipo filling. Now my face is dropping slowly AND my lips too. Upper lip too long, lower lip is showing lower teeth. I want to do lipo filling /& maybe vertical or midface lift?), lateral eye brows lift, maybe bullhorn AND THE MAIN QUESTION HERE IS - how to lift the lower lip? I have read about a Dr in USA using VY & some (was not specified which) small muscle to lift the lower lip. But I am in Europe. What is best to lift lower lip?
Bullhorn (or similar) lip lift in 60 year old female. Am I suitable candidate? I dont want just the central part lifted as it would change me but Im asking is it surgically possible for the whole upper lip be lifted in equal proportion eg no more than 2mm the whole way across the top vermillion border? Just to get me back to how I was a few years ago?
There is no real support under my upper lip due to a Frenectomy as a child, and I also now (at age 58) have a horizontal line above my upper lip. Am I a candidate for the Lip Lift? or will my upper lip sink if pulled up? Also, as you can see from the photo, my lower lip is crooked ( I usually correct it with Juvederm) but can anything else be done?
