A month away from my appointment for Sciton Microlaser peel. I am starting to have questions about how affective the treatment will be. I have always had horrible skin. I've done a dozen microdermabrasion treatments, 1 deep peel and 3 microneedling treatments, but see almost no difference. I'm not looking for perfect skin just better skin. Would a laser micro peel help with my acne scarring, wrinkles and pores? How close to my under eye can it get? How many microns deep would show best results?
On November 10, 2017 I had TRL under both eyes. Now almost a year later I still have scarring, redness, hypopigmentation and under skin lines from the procedure. To correct this damage I have had several rounds of BBL and microneedling with little to no improvement.
12 hrs post op a 30 micron laser peel. Extremely hot still, edema under eye areas. Will the areas that darkened be the areas that slough off? Could the freckles just end up remaining underneith, or does this look like they will be coming off (almost) entirely? PRE pics show lime freckles and sun spots.
I had a Sciton Micro Laser Peel under my eyes for crepiness and lines. The procedure was 2 months ago. They went 3 times over with laser and it took about a week to scab/peel/heal. The crepiness/lines look worse than they did prior and the skin is very dry. My doctor says my eyes are still healing and to be patient, but 2 months is a long time and I would expect to see some improvement by now. Is this normal? How long does it typically take to see results from a Sciton Micro Laser Peel? Thanks!
I have crepey skin and a bit of skin laxity under my eyes, but not bags. My PS has suggested laser resurfacing, but I'm worried about two weeks of down time with the CO2 or deep laser type of treatment. Would a mciro laser peel work for smoothing the crepiness and tightening up the skin a little?
I have sagging and crepy skin under the eye and I am considering a chemical or laser peel. However, I also have puffiness, in part, due to occasional edema (and fillers, as seen by my prior questions). I was told a bleph might actually aggravate the edema by interfering with lymphatics as could a laser or chemical peel. How likely is it for a laser or chemical peel to worsen edema (post-recovery), if patient is predisposed to occasional under eye puffiness? Have you seen this happen?
