CLAIM YOUR PROFILEI would agree with your PS if you want to be that small. Any pedicle approach would lead to a high risk of nipple areolar loss. I can get a similar result with a FNR and a pedicle approach so do not worry. Be aware that you will lose nipple sensitivity, nipple projection, possibly some pigment and ability to breast feed.

If you are still an F cup after a reduction surgery, then it does not appear you had a reduction. Most reductions should remove about 40-60% of the breast tissue if a pedicle reduction is performed. You may benefit from a Free Nipple Reduction if you want a cup size in the C or less. You may want to seek a second opinion to see your options. Im sorry to hear you did not get what you expected. This is not uncommon to find after breast lift and augmentation surgeries. I would see your PS to make sure you do not have a suture that needs to be removed. This will otherwise prevent your incisions from healing. Oral antibiotics are also helpful to aid in healing. Over time these usually scar fairly well, but if they do not, a scar revision would help.

Without an examination this is a tough question to answer. You would get a benefit from a mini but you would not notice much of a difference around your umbilicus. You also would not have an improvement to your abdominal muscles if you have any laxity. If those areas do not bother you, than a mini would likely be all you would want. In terms of your breasts, again an exam would be helpful to determine if a lift would help. Worse case scenario, you have an augmentation with the possibility of a lift later if needed.

Although your results would be fantastic after a tummy tuck and lipo, you will not find you will lose a lot of weight. Skin and fat do not have a lot of weight to them. They occupy space, volume, not weight. So you will look like you lost weight after, but not typically notice a lot on the scale!

I came to St. Louis Cosmetic Surgery in April 2017, wanting to get more information about a breast augmentation. I was an A cup wanting to get to a D cup and had wanted this surgery for a long time. By May 2017 I already had my surgery and overall it was a great process. Before surgery the team was great about answering any questions or concerns and Dr. Prada was very thorough in going over all of my options with me. There were also many payment options that may be helpful to some. Then I came in one more time to try on the sizers with a t-shirt on. That really helped with getting a baseline for knowing what size implants may be right for you. Then on surgery day, before going into the OR Dr. Prada came out to make sure you were still comfortable with everything and to see if you had any more questions. After the surgery my recovery was quick and relatively painless thanks to the medication that was precribed. I had a much smoother recovery than a few of my friends who had the same procedure done by different doctors. My scars are healing well and the implants have become much more settled and natural looking after the first year and I am still the D cup that I wanted to be. My experience from start to finish was flawless. I came in for my consult with many questions and concerns that Dr. Prada and his nurse Tracey answered and explained in depth. They really took their time in the consult to explain the procedure, risks, aftercare, anything and everything i needed to know to make my decision to have a breast augmentation. After my consult Cindy set me up for payment, which was a breeze, she had multiple options for me which was great coming right out of college. Surgey at the manchester surgery center was wonderful as well. I could go on and on about how great my experience with Prada was but if I had to sum it up... I'd tell you it is 1000% worth it, and I'd do it over and over again. I am now 6mths post op and I feel like the woman I was always meant to be, with boobies! Prada completely understood my vision and he explained how I would achieve that, then he 100% delivered that vision.
I feel as though something happened that caused my right breast to turn out so much different than the left and I feel as though the doctor didn't really try to address my concerns. When I told him one was so much smaller than the other he said "talk to God and you parents about that because they weren't the same size to begin with." But that's not the only issue. The right nipple is so close to my sternum that it pops out all the time and it's also bigger than the left. When I got a lift I thought I would feel so beautiful again....I thought I would feel comfortable with myself again and I never thought for a second that there was a possibility of having two different cup sizes and two different sized nipples. I am very self conscious about my breasts now because the first thing anyone says when they see them is ask what happened to the right breast and why it doesn't look as good as the left. People warned me to not go to St. Louis Cosmetic surgery but I didn't listen and now I have to live with that regret until I can afford to get them fixed again. If they can even be fixed with out causing extensive scarring.
Dr. Lund and the staff at St. Louis cosmetic were absolutely amazing to deal with. I felt at ease from the initial consultation that he would give me exactly the result I was looking for. He takes his time with his patients to really listen to their wants, and he absolutely delivered. I am looking to get a breast reduction in the near future, and there is no doubt that Dr. Lund will be my surgeon. He is truly an artist first and surgeon second. For almost 25 years, I dreamed of having breast augumentation surgery. I started researching the process and local surgeons in late summer and scheduled my consultation with Dr. Christian Prada in early October. It was very important to me to find a doctor with a personality that matched well with my own. Dr. Prada was great. He asked me what I wanted and listened to my lifestyle and workout routine. When I had questions, the staff was available either by email or a phone call. I loved that the St. Louis Cosmetic Surgery facility had the technology so that I had a visual image of what my breasts would look like after the procedure. The pre-op appointment with Dr. Prada's staff went well (very organized) as did the morning of my surgery at Manchester Surgery Center. However, the Manchester Surgery Center is not easy to see (very little signage) while driving. The nurses at the surgery center were caring and walked me through what to expect before, during, and after (recovery) my procedure. I would recommend Dr. Prada and the St. Louis Cosmetic Surgery facility to anyone thinking about BA surgery. Both my husband and I are very happy with my decision. I love my new look!
