WORTH IT
I went to three different plastic surgeons in the St. Louis area for a breast lift consultation. Dr. Prada was my last stop. Since I am not native to this area, I did not realize that one of my consultations was also in practice with Dr. Prada.
From the moment Dr. Prada walked in the room and we discussed what I was looking for, I knew that he was the right surgeon for me. He listened to what I had to say, he answered all of my questions, he told me what to expect, and what his approach would be, & it was a great fit.
As someone who was born and raised in Miami Florida. I have seen just about every procedure there is to see growing up. I wasn’t looking for perfection, by any means. I was simply looking for someone who would listen to my wants and then give me real expectations and tell me what I needed and that’s what Dr. Prada did.
After my surgery, I had some questions and called the after hours line and was expecting a call back from a nurse or the on-call surgeon. But instead, Dr. Prada called me himself, on a weekend. Thats a hard to find these days. Someone who is willing to be there for their patients needs before, during and after surgery and he does just that.
I had many questions for Dr. Prada‘s nurse throughout this whole process, and she always answered me quickly and thoroughly and was NEVER not available.
From the welcome staff, to the billing office, to the nurses, to Dr. Prada and his beautiful wife (that actually works there and walked me back for one of my visits); This office is a 10 out of 10. My procedure went off without a hitch and I am so glad I did my research and picked the perfect surgeon for me.
