Dr. Kapadia was the first plastic surgeon I saw. He gave a free consultation for severe under-eye circles. I was so impressed. My results were outstanding and I've seen other great plastic surgeons since then, but nothing really beats what Dr. Kapadia did. Highly recommend him for anyone dealing with under-eye dark circles!
