Skin MD - Framingham

I had a very positive experience at Skin MD in Framingham. I was a walk-in client experiencing a very random bout of acne on my face. After speaking with the receptionist and the esthetician, I booked the Diamond Glow facial for the following day. Within 24 hours my skin greatly improved, and within 48 hours my skin had completely cleared. Both the receptionist and the esthetician provided excellent service and great communication.

I had a great experience at SkinMD in Hanover. I went in for a consultation and met with Alycia and Mel. They explained my options and answered all my questions. I decided to schedule my FaceTite procedure. I had my procedure done last week and am already so happy with my results. Dr. Shanley and Joey were amazing along with the rest of the care team. Joey called the next day to check in and Alycia checked in with me a few days after. Everyone has been amazing. The procedure itself was not as bad as I expected and the postop pain was very tolerable. I highly recommend SkinMD and the FaceTite procedure. Results get better as time goes on, so I can’t wait l!!

Dr. Shanley is amazing! I have been going to SkinMD for years and they have not only changed my skin but changed my life. Dr. Shanley and I would discuss in detail my goals about what I was looking for and how I wanted to feel. Never pressure to do any procedures or anything I was not comfortable with. About 5 months ago I decided I wanted FaceTite ahead of my June wedding so I felt more confident about myself on my big day. Dr. Shanley and the staff at SkinMD made the process so easy and comfortable and I had a full understanding of pre and post procedure care. On the day of the procedure Dr. Shanley walked me through everything as it was happening and I felt completely confident the entire time. Post procedure Dr. Shanley answered all of my questions without hesitation and was an incredible resource which doesn’t always happen. The results of the FaceTite are incredible - and made a huge difference in photos etc for my wedding but also in my everyday life. I can not recommend Dr. Shanley or SkinMD more, the work they do, their care in every clients goals, and their ability to let you make decisions about what is best for you is incredible. I would recommend them to anyone from procedures to Botox to filler to facials to product recommendations. Truly the best in the business!!

Fantastic experience from check-in to check out. Emma at the front desk was so kind and patient during the booking process. I had a consult with Karyn who took the time to listen to my skin concerns, and the recommended several different options and walked me through each one. At today’s visit, I had a diamond glow facial with Lily. She was absolutely amazing and told me about the different product she was using and what she would recommend for me. I left with glowing skin and will be back!

Dr. Shanley is an outstanding provider. She is thorough and highly skilled, not to mention very friendly and approachable. In addition, she has an impeccable eye for esthetics. As an injector and health care professional myself, I am very discriminating in who I seek treatment from. I feel totally comfortable and at ease under Dr. Shanley’s care. Highly recommended!

I am a 52 yo woman and I recently went to Dr. Shanley for a FaceTite procedure. I was anxious about undergoing this minimally invasive treatment, but Dr. Shanley alleviated any concerns I had. She is so approachable and knowledgable, and took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure from beginning to end answering every question I had. Her professionalism and positivity was evident throughout my whole visit. Dr. Shanley was extremely attentive during the painless procedure. The experience was further enhanced by the presence of her assistant, Joey Simione. Joey was very involved throughout the process and helped create a tense free atmosphere. Together they provided a great deal of comfort. Joey continued with a Morpheus treatment after FaceTite. Like Dr. Shanley, he was knowledgable and talked me through the process. I trusted the expertise of Dr. Shanley and Joey, and they did not disappoint. Their skill is evident 1 week out! I am already thrilled with the tremendous results of both treatments. Before my appointment, I honestly regretted scheduling this due to uncertainty. Just 2 days after my appointment, my only regret is I did not do this years ago. I honestly have a jawline that did not exist before my appointment. I believe I look years younger, and I know full results aren't expected for months to come! I am so excited! I cannot say enough good things about Dr Shanley, Joey and all the staff at SkinMD. I had my initial consult in Hanover with Jillian who was very friendly and helpful. I just had my BodyTite with lipo yesterday on my arms at the Newbury St location. Everyone was so kind and personable. The girls at the front desk are all super nice and friendly. Dr Shanley and Joey are really great and fun. The entire experience was fun actually! Joey called me first thing this morning to check in and see how I was feeling. Honestly I am in zero pain or discomfort. My arms feel a little sore like the day after a workout but that’s it. No need for any painkillers at all. I’m experiencing some swelling which is normal and expected. I started taking Arnica and Bromalein last week in preparation for bruising and inflammation and will continue to take for the next couple of weeks. Also drinking lots of water. I can’t wait to see my final results and I will definitely return to SkinMD for any future procedures!
