I came in for SmartGraft hair restoration. From the time I came for the appointment, there was no pain involved (only mild relaxer was given). The day of the procedure was easier than going to the dentist. Only discomfort was the donor site healing process, but even then it was very tolerable. The entire team was amazing! I wish I could put 5000000 stars for Dr. Flashner. I got dermal fillers for my under eyes, nose and Botox. He did an amazing job, beyond what I was expected. I don’t need nose job anymore. I love love love him. Best doctor! Highly recommend him.

Updating post to include photos that I was unable to upload when I first posted my review. You can see that the the scar for the mole removed on my chin was flawless and you can not tell that there was something removed there.

Dr. Leber is a great listener and with excellent bedside manner. I got my rhinoplasty with him a few months ago and it looks incredible and very natural. He did exactly what I requested and did it masterfully - it's one of the better decisions I've made in life. So happy I went with him!
