I’ve wanted to get my “boobs done” since I was around 13. I didn’t exactly know what getting my “boobs done” entailed, but I knew from a young age I was really unhappy with the shape and look of my breasts. Although medically they are not tuberous breasts, I was later told they do have a tubular shape which has made me insecure since puberty. It got so bad that it stopped me from wanting to ...
I had a positive experience. Have wanted the lip reduction a long time but reluctant to allow just anyone to do the procedure. He sorted out both lips and I am pleased with the outcome. I feel much more confident.
My surgery is booked for August 15th!! I am so excited to finally have the boobs I've wanted my whole life. I will be attaching before pics and updates throughout the whole process. Thought this would help some people out especially women who are very wide set breast wise like myself. 23 year old, 5"4, 9st9, currently a 32D I'll keep you updated with pics Thought I would add some pics...
Extremely happy with my results - Mr Marc Pacifico will get you ladies snatched! I am 44 year old Afro Caribbean female. I am severn months post op with extended tummy tuck (abdominoplasty), 360 liposuction and muscle repair. The care and attention I have received from everyone I have encountered at Purity Bridge has been faultless. I have felt truly listened to and respected and my procedure could not have gone any better. I only wish I had done my research all those years ago and made this clinic my first port of call.
A: Many thanks for posting your question. There is always a theoretical risk that the eyebrow position and shape can change after the excess skin is removed after an upper eyelid lift. This is especially so if you are slightly elevating your brows (usually subconsciously) in order to maintain their position - something known as compensated brow ptosis. My suggestion is usually to leave the brows alone unless they clearly need addressing too, but recognise they might change, so if they do slightly, it is not a surprise. Normally, most people will obtain a very good result from addressing their eyelids alone. I hope this helps!
A: Dear Lilymae23 I am so sorry to hear about the way your feelings about your breasts are affecting your confidence and self-esteem. My initial suggestions from what I can see in your photographs would be to consider a breast reduction, which would incorporate a breast lift. You are relatively large breasted and a reduction would reduce the weight of your breasts, and therefore the tension on the skin and soft tissues, allowing the lift to stand the test of time better. I hope this helps and I wish you all the best of luck with your onward journey.
A: Many thanks for your question. Unfortunately it is unlikely that any surgical procedure will improve your nipple sensation - in fact, it may further reduce it. I would therefore recommend avoiding any further surgery.
Sorry if this is a disappointing answer!

I think there is no doubt a lower belparhoplasty (perhaps incorporating a superficial mid-face lift) will freshen up your appearance, with minimal obvious scarring.
Whilst a "mini-lift" may sound appealing, in my experience, it would not deliver a satisfactory result, and the scars are not that far off of a formal facelift - something to consider when weighing up your options
Good luck in taking things forwards

My observation from the photos is that your bottom teeth project forwards more than your top teeth, resulting in the concern you describe
I would therefore consult with a maxillofacial surgeon to discuss procedures to set back your lower jaw (or advance your upper jaw) which will address the underlying issue
Good luck in taking this forwards
