I am 5'7, 140lb, 32B. I want to go to a full C small D. I have a friend who just had it done and loves the results (we are of similar build). I am making an appointment for a consultation with her doctor but I want to hear from other people who have had the same same surgery what there experience was. I went from a 34-A to a 34-C... I asked for natural placement and breasts proportionate to my body. I was really scared that they would be too big and I let my surgeon know that. I provided him with pictures that I liked and I asked to be a small to mid C. My surgeon told me I could choose silicone or saline because I qualified for both. I chose silicone and I am happy with my 3 month results...
