Tummy tuck, ab tightening, breast lift without implants and lipo to flanks, abs, and “side boob” I’m so happy with my experience and the results of my procedures. Dr Spence is kind and professional and shows he is truly happy for you. I was really excited to find out about his breast lift technique without implants as I was hesitant about getting implants. He knew I wouldn’t need them and he was right. The result is beautiful. After yo-yo dieting for so many years I finally had lost 55 pounds and needed my tummy to be gone. I couldn’t be happier with the result. And everyone in his office is so sweet and very helpful. So happy to have had such a great experience.
I'm 68 years old and I was looking for over ten year for a good plastic surgeon and finally I found Dr Spence. He's not only a plastic surgeon he's an artist. When I first had a consultation, he recommended a full facelift, including upper eyelid and lower eyelid and neck lift. During the consult Dr Spence's nurse Beverly was very patient and explained and answered all my questions even if I asked them more than once. I spent the night at the clinic and at 6 am Dr Spence came into the office to check and release me. During my recovery I had minimal pain and minimal bruising, and now that a few months has passed, I look and feel like I'm 25 years younger. I get carded when I ask for senior benefits and can't believe that I'm 68. I highly recommend that you don't delay and go see Dr Spence for any plastic surgery needs. He's the best Dr in the world. For what he's done for me, I give him 5 stars but I wish I could give him 5 million. Thanks Dr Spence.

First off, all of the photos posted on Dr. Spence website are really old and a majority of the folks are over 45. Not to mention, there are very few photos, I think two of procedures he did with fat grafting. I paid about $2,000 for facial fat grafting. He barely numbed the areas that the fat was to be injected the procedure lasted about 10 minutes and he did not take his time, he rushed the procedure and walked out of the room without even looking to assess my face. Needless to say, one side of my face was larger than the other which was more noticeable when I smiled and I was left with racoon eyes because he said cut my ligaments to improve the firmness in my nasal Arial folds which only resulted in hardening of the area and an unbalanced profile. He is cocktail and only cares about money. When I went back for a follow up, I informed him about my concerns and how long my facell would take to heal and he held back from laughing and said that this was the final result. I dont recommend hime, run away as fast as you can.
Well hello there...I'm a 44 year old avid exerciser and mother of 2 amazing daughters ages 25 & 8!! Look don't judge me okay, LOL when I delivered my first daughter at age 19 I was able to bounce back to my pre-pregnancy weight with NO problems. It wasn't until I delivered my youngest daughter via C-section that I started to struggle with my post pregnancy weight especially my belly fat! My oldest daughter wrote a song about my belly fat titled "rebound", LOL! My family knows how much I have struggled for years to loose the belly fat from around my abdomen, sides, back & thighs--the time is near! Finally!! I am less than a month away from my Tumescent Liposuction! I extensively researched for a good surgeon and I found Dr. Kenrick Spence at Hillcrest Aesthetic Institute in Orlando FL. His office has the BEST staff ever! They're all so friendly and ultra professional they really CARE about his patients. My procedure is set for June 5 and I am overly excited & so grateful at the same time! I know my God will be with me in the surgery room as well as my handsome Hubby. Along with my Tumescent Liposuction I will be having fat grafting to my breasts. My goal is to avoid a breast lift and get some much needed volume added to each breast for a natural augmentation. I'm so ready to see my results and maybe go bra-less on somedays-YAY! My concerns about the procedure is the pain & bruising on my body. How long does the pain last? Also the compression garment must be worn for 24/7 the first 2 weeks then every day for the next 4 weeks. Does the CG really help with the swelling? Thanks guys for all the support & feedback. If it weren't for you guys I wouldn't know half of what I know today! Thanks again & I will keep everyone posted on my progress. If anyone have suggestions or successful surgery tips for either procedure please do share because the more info we share with each other the quicker we recover. Thanks again & keep winning!! CeeButterfly44 No more "rebound" Updated on 5 Jun 2013: Gooood morning Real Self community!! Today is my BIG day for Lipo on my back, flank & abdomen AND Fat transfer to my breasts!!! I have waited so long for this day to come! Keep me in your prayers & thank you all for your support! I thank God for this website :)) I will post pic soon! Reply Updated on 11 Jun 2013: Well I'm so excited for my progress so far! On last Wednesday I had about 1 liter of fat taken from my abdomen, flank & back areas and then 500cc transferred to each breast. Before my breast augmentation I was a saggy 36D & I pray once the selling is gone that I be a perky 36DD! As of now, I'm experiencing mild to moderate pain with moderate bruising. What has helped with the pain/bruising in addition to the pain meds is the Bromelain & Arnicare. I actually started taking them 3 days before my surgery and will continue 7 days after surgery. I'm excited to see my results within the next 4 weeks once the swelling is gone! I have decided to make my CG my best friend in order to get the best outcome even though its uncomfortable to wear. Thanks real self community if you guys have any pointers or suggestions for me please let me know. Also how long was it before you returned to your regular exercise routine? I love to Zumba and I really miss my Zumba family! Updated on 25 Jun 2013: Wow, it's been 3 weeks since my procedure. Again I had Tumescent LIPO on my stomach, flanks & back. Thanks for your question, Raven22. Although your eyelids don't show severe signs of aging, you could certainly benefit from an upper and lower blepharoplasty, or eyelid lift. A lower blepharoplasty will remedy the bags under your eyes and excess skin, and the combined surgery will likely leave your eyes looking brighter and more alert — not smaller. See a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area who is experienced in eyelid surgery for a thorough consultation and a better idea of the results you may expect. Get started by visiting websites for the surgeons of your choice and look carefully at before-and-after photographs. Good luck!
I'm sorry to hear that your drooping eyelids are causing you trouble. Blepharoplasty is one of a handful of traditionally "cosmetic" procedures that is sometimes eligible for insurance coverage. For the most accurate answer, check with your individual insurance provider. Coverage tends to vary from plan to plan. In some cases, you may need to be evaluated by an eye doctor or your general practitioner in order to prove that your sagging eyelids are to blame for your visual disturbances. Good luck!
Thanks for your question. It's obvious that you've been doing your research, and that's good. Keep in mind that aesthetic surgery can create some really impressive results, but nothing is guaranteed. Although the images you've created look fairly reasonable, you won't know how realistic they are for certain until an experienced plastic surgeon evaluates your nose. He or she can explain what's possible and what isn't. Best of luck!
Hi there, MrBrightside. I'm sorry to hear about the complication after your nose injury. Septal deviation is a common condition that can be caused by injury, such as the one you experienced. A deviated septum occurs when the bone and cartilage that divides the 2 chambers of the nose are bent or displaced. This can lead to chronic nasal congestion, just as you're describing. The good news is that a rhinoplasty or septoplasty can definitely improve this condition and help you breathe normally again. However, the best way to know for sure that a deviated septum is to blame for your congestion is to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon who has plenty of experience with surgery of the nose. Best of luck!
Hi there, browneyed. Different fillers yield different results on different patients. JUVÉDERM, Restylane, and Restylane's cousin, Perlane, are all hyaluronic acid (HA)-based fillers that may be used in the lips. Although they have the same active ingredient, there are subtle differences between them, mostly related to the sizes of their HA particles. Your doctor will evaluate your lips and make a sound recommendation for you based on your anatomy. Ultimately based on the product selected, the treatment site identified, the quantity of product used, and the skilled and artistic eye of your injector, you should receive a natural-looking and beautiful result. Be sure to seek out a board-certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon who has plenty of experience with lip augmentation. For a truly natural result, don't rule out fat grafting, either. This procedure uses your own fat (typically taken from somewhere such as your abdomen or thigh) and transplants it to the lips. Invest in a consultation to obtain a plan and assess the talent of your injector before getting started. Best of luck!
