Results were far better than I expected

My experience with Dr. Huettner was definitely 5-star. She combines professionalism with warmth, caring and concern. Her results were far better than I expected-really aesthetically beautiful work, and with minimal pain following surgery. I would highly and absolutely recommend her to all friends and family looking for a cosmetic procedure!

Very minimal bruising & downtime & breasts are proportional to my body

For over a decade I'd researched and explored breast reduction surgery knowing at some point I'd have to have it done. For most of us with heavy chests, we deal with constant back pain, breast crease chafing, sub-optimal aesthetics, and general discomfort as part of our everyday. To find the time, and money while assuming risk for a non-urgent and elective procedure, I knew it would come down...

Commendable Works!

Dr. Huettner is an exceptional surgeon. Her skill and precision in performing my recent procedure (bilateral breast reconstruction) was truly commendable. The attention to detail, clear communication, and genuine care for me as her patient sets Dr. Huettner apart. I felt confident and well-cared for throughout the entire process. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a top-notch surgeon.

Incredible results - I cannot thank Dr. Huettner enough

Dr. Huettner is the best of the best. I knew she was the right surgeon the moment I first spoke to her, she’s sharp, precise, kind and above all an incredible professional who cares about her patients. She performed my breast reduction 8 days ago and I already feel incredible and look the way I’ve wanted to for my entire adult life and this is while I am still swollen. I cannot thank Dr. Hue...

Fantastic results - my scar is very thin, low, and flat

I am very fortunate to have found Dr. Huettner. I was very nervous about this surgery and did a lot of research on other people's experiences, different doctors, potential risks, and realistic outcomes. From the moment that I met Dr Huettner, I was impressed by her and very comfortable around her. She took time to answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns. Her bedside manner...

Q: Would I qualify at this stage (40H cup)? (Photos)
Answered by Dr. HuettnerJune 17, 2021

A: Dear Fantastic2273, Thank you for your question and photos. First, I would like to congratulate you on your weight loss! While it is difficult to tell for sure without an in-person consultation, from looking the photos you provided, you may benefit from a breast reduction surgery. This may reduce the size and weight of your breasts while placing the nipples in a more youthful position on the breast mound. You may potentially consider this once you have reached your weight loss goal and are stable at that weight for a few months. Ideally, you may consider reaching a BMI (body mass index) under 40, depending on your health conditions. I suggest that you schedule an in-person or virtual consultation with a board-certified Plastic Surgeon to talk about your specific goals and to develop a plan to best achieve them. Good luck and stay safe!

Q: I am a 36DD and would like to go down to a C cup. How much tissue should be removed? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. HuettnerJune 17, 2021

A: Dear Rational549541, Thank you for submitting your question and photo. It is difficult to say without an in-person consultation, but from looking at your photos, you may be a good candidate for a breast reduction surgery. This may reduce the size of the breasts, which may potentially help with neck and back pain, while placing the nipples in a more youthful position on the breast mound. It may be difficult to predict an exact cup size since different stores/brands measure differently, but depending on what your goals are, you may potentially estimate to lose about half of your current breast size. I suggest that at this current time, you schedule an in-person or virtual consultation with a board-certified Plastic Surgeon to discuss your specific goals and to make a plan that would best suit them. Much luck and stay safe!

Q: Should I go with periareolar or double incision top surgery? (Photos)
Answered by Dr. HuettnerApril 13, 2021

A: Dear Peincess1, Thank you for your question and photos. It is difficult to say for sure without an in-person consultation, but from looking at your photos, you may potentially be a good candidate for a double incision top surgery. Utilizing this method may help to remove breast tissue, as well as, excess skin, while potentially providing improved chest contour and positioning of the nipples in a male pattern with respect to the pec muscles. I suggest that at this current time, you schedule an in-person or virtual consultation with a board-certified Plastic Surgeon to discuss you specific goals and to develop a unique plan to best achieve them. Best wishes and stay safe!

Q: I am 5’2" (almost 5’3") and weigh around 180. How much weight should I lose before getting a breast reduction?
Answered by Dr. HuettnerApril 2, 2021

A: Dear sage_0101, Thank you for you question. According to the information that you have provided, your BMI (body mass index) is about 32.9. This number is the ratio of your height to your weight, and may help your surgeon to determine potential risks associated with surgery, which may include infection, wound healing complications, etc. You may potentially be a good candidate for a breast reduction surgery with your current BMI, also considering any health issues that you may have. A breast reduction surgery may help to reduce the weight and size of your breasts, and may help alleviate symptoms such as shoulder and back pain, which may potentially be associated with the weight of your breasts. I suggest at this current time, you schedule an in-person or virtual consultation with a board-certified Plastic Surgeon to discuss your specific goals and to develop a plan that may help you best achieve them. Best of luck and stay safe!

Q: I’m 18. my height is 5’2. I weigh 125 pounds. my cup size 36F, is it possible to get reduced to a big B cup? (Photos)
Answered by Dr. HuettnerJanuary 29, 2021

A: Dear SkyPiink7830, Thank you for your question and photos. It is difficult to say for sure without an in-person consultation, but from looking at your photos and from what you mention that your symptoms are, you may be a good candidate for a breast reduction surgery. This may help to reduce the size and weight of your breasts, while placing the nipple in a more youthful position on the breast mound. It is difficult to promise a potential cup size after surgery, since different stores/brands may measure you differently. I usually tell my patients that they may potentially lose at least half of their breast size and weight. This may potentially help with the neck, back, shoulder pain that mention you are experiencing. I suggest that at this current time, you schedule a virtual or in-person consultation with a board-certified Plastic Surgeon to discuss your specific goals and to develop a plan to best achieve them. Best of luck and stay safe!
